We have been asked to set default values for 3 fields in the incident ticket when an officer's default group is a specific group. We have been asked to default the description, Service and Call Type to specific values. I've figured out (in the javascript) how to set description and service, but I have not been able to figure out how to set a default value for call type.
Does anyone have any suggestions? We are currently using VSM v9.1.1
