We have a requirement to change the QD search lookup option on the Configuration Item field on a specific Call screen.
By default, all of our Officers tend to have the Default set to “Customer” on the Configuration Item QD field. This is so after they have picked the Customer on the Call screen, when they go into the CI field and press enter, it automatically just brings up the CI’s where the selected Customer is the owner of the devices.
However, on a specific IPK Status Call screen, we want the Configuration Item QD lookup option to always change to the “Config Item Title” option, not “Customer”.
Any idea how we change this option only when using this specific screen and the Default value stays the same for all the other call screens?
