Hello,
I am running the benchmark run on View Planner 3.5, and have been following the documentation to set up the image and run a couple dry runs. Then I ran the full View Benchmark run for 100 desktops (StandardBenchmarkProfile_5i) in remote mode, and the benchmark seems successful with all desktops uploading the results with 0 errors reported.
However, when I open the PDF report, the report says that most of the desktop VMs count as "didn't run" - that is, the Num VMs passed metric shows 5, while Num of VMs which didn't run metric shows 95, and such. Yet, checking the clients, they all seem to be running the tasks fine. I generated the report using the report.pyc script and the result is the same. (Relevant logs are attached)
The images were successful on all single VM testing and multi VM testing with 10 desktops & clients.
Any thoughts on why that would be the case? Ran the benchmark two times, but same result - just that the first time had 8 that passed, and the rest shown as didn't run.
The viewplanner.log did gave a warning on 1 compliance violations, but it says to not worry about it:
==== There were 1 compliance violations. Please don't worry about this compliance warnings unless you want to use "VDImark" term for publishing purposes. =====
I am running this for rapid desktop program submission - should I be worried?
