View Planner with customized workload

I am using View planner for performance with 3 scenarios with customized workloads, and I met some problem, would you please kind help on this, thank you.

Customized Workloads:

1. Open Word, scroll to the end, close the Word.
2. Open PPT, scroll to the end, close the PPT.
3. Open IE with specified url to browser the content with flash, close the IE.
4. Open IE with specified url to browser the email, close the IE.

Scenarios:

1. 50 concurrent user, use their VDI Desktop to perform customized workload
2. 150 concurrent user, use the RDSH desktop to perform customized workload
3. 350 concurrent user, use RDSH App to perform customized workload

Problem:

1. The customized workload (like Open PPT, scroll to the end, close the PPT), I could run the pt.au3 script well in AutoIT, but when I followed the View planner guide to configure the config.txt, and run it from Viewplanner using “c:\viewplanner customapp”, autoit shows pt.au3 is running, but in desktop actually it runs the StandardBenchmarkProfile script like open word, open ppt and open outlook.
2. How to combine the 4 customized workloads together? The Guide only mention the customized app, but without combine them together.
