We`re using 9.1.5 at the moment, but whilst testing 9.2.0 I`ve noticed that in the Calls Outstanding and Searches etc, you are still unable to
colour by 'View Status'. Not a huge issue, but our Help Desk were really looking forward to being able to do this!
This is strange as when we tested 9.1.9, the column had been included in colour configuration. (see #189844 in VSM 9.1.9 upgrade notes)
I know you can colour by Physical Status, but this column seems to have been deprecated and replaced by View Status, and only shows 'Forward Internally' and 'In Progress' whereas View Status seems to show more statuses such as 'Forward to the Group', 'Forward to You' etc.
Anyone else noticed this? or have any other options that may have the same functionality?
