If you are the person currently responsible for a Call/Request/Task record and you open the record with a Quick Find (top right corner of the wrapper) the system will open the record form in the EDIT mode.
Is it possible to change the behaviour to open a form in the REVIEW mode only when you open it using the Quick Find textbox regardless whether you are responsible for that record or not?
To tell the true I have managed to change this already by changing client scripts but I am really not sure this is the best option (every customization needs to be managed separately when updating the system and I really don't like that).
So if anybody knows "the magic checkbox" to change the Quick Find feature behavior could you please share your wisdom please. Thanks.
