We are still using vSM 9.0.10.9614 and I have run into a question that I cannot seem to find an answer for on this forum or other forums online or in the helpfile inside vSM. Recently we have implementen a new branding and now we want to use a logo in email templates. Does anyone know howto achieve this and does anyone know if theres any advanced documentation on making email templates in vSM? We used to have a dealer (Infra Benelux) where we could ask our support questions but they no longer exist.
When we insert an image now, it is stripped out of the email template by VSM, it does not matter if we put the file in the email or a hyperlink to an image online. Another solution would be if anyone knew what file strips the emails that are send out or both
It would be very helpful if anyone could help
