VMware Service Manager Student Guides?

Hi all,

I was wondering does anyone have any documents or links to learn about using VMware Service Manager from a student perspective - I am a trainee Consultant using vFire Core and have not used this tool before. So would be good to get some info on where to start.

My background is in Service Desk Management, I am not a techie and have been using vFire Core for around 4 months now - still struggling to get my head around some of the modules.

Any guidance appreciated.
