Capacity Planner Installed, collecting, sychronizing but no processing

I installed CP on a customer site where we configure access to a number of systems.  Perf data is being collected and data is synchronized upstream to optimize.vmware.com.  However, when I go to look at the portal it consistently reports that data was synced but not systems are ever ready.

 

Here is what I see from the portal and specific project; it has said this for more than a week...

 

Data for the systems is uploaded but is not yet processed. The Dashboard processes system data at midnight, so you can review analyzed data tomorrow morning.

You have successfully registered the collector and synchronized the
collector with the Dashboard. You can now monitor collected data by
clicking on Collection Dashboard, View System Status, or View Missing
Data.
If the system data was uploaded more than 24 hours ago but is not
processed, click the troubleshooting link. For more information, click one
of the following links.

 

Here is what is record at the "Monitor Uploaded Inventory Files"

 

Cannot display collection dashboard: no inventory or statistics data has been collected
