CMDBItemRetrieve - Multiple Items retrieved

Hi,

I'm calling the SDK with the CMDBItemRetrieve command which is working fine in most cases, however I call it for a server name:

and I get the error 'Multiple Records Returned' - I am specifying it with a lookup rather than an entity ref such as ~12345

The lookup we shall call Server12345

I Get the error..

If I go into the GUI and search with ref: Server12345% or anything I get nothing remotely close coming back..

So What DB Query can I issue to check this?

Also is there a way to support getting multiple CMDB Items back to find out what it thinks it has found?
