Hello fellow admins, techs, and vmware users. I have a question for you and hopefully someone has an answer. My company is about to change user UPNs for an up coming upgrade to Microsoft 360. we ran a test and so far once the UPNs are changed access to VSM does not work anymore. now the admin accounts stay the same with this change so when some users use their admin accounts they can access VSM by opening Internet Explorer as the admin. Now some of our admin accounts are not is VSM and I dont know exactly where the AD connector is pulling from. will it pick up on sub folders? or should the connector blanket all of AD? an answer to any of these questions would be greatly appreciated.
