Waiting for the prefixes map to be fetched from View server. && Get-Pool not working

hi.

I am trying to config View planner on Passive mode.

in the log i get Waiting for the prefixes map to be fetched from View server.

i check my View server and the command Get-Pool not working

there is 3 desktop pool

other view PowerCLI command works.

there is a way to fix the view powercli?

i try to install view replica - but the powershell snap-in not working on this server.

or there is a way to use view planner without the Get-Pool command?
